Well NOW YOU CAN!!!!!! READ ON!
First go to http://www.play.clubpenguin.com/load.swf .
Now log in and go to the place where you want to NewsDance.
Then Drag anyone’s player card over to the edge of the screen.
Now click the News, and while you have the Paper click the postcard button on the person’s player card. Send them any card.
Press “D” or the Dance Emote or Press “T” or the Throw Snowball Emote or just talk!!!

Dosnt work
Try dragging the Player card to the side of the SCREEN!!! Not just the game!

when you drag the card then you open newspaper it won’t let you click on the mail button

I got this cool cheat:pick any member igloo. then while it’s loading hold down tab. once your in the house keep holding it. then your penguin will walk to the upper left edge of the screen. then you can let go of tab.

WOW! that was wierd………. I tried it but i teleported!
I’m not sure if this works but if u press d with the newspaper I think u dance. I don’t know though.
P.S. In order to keep the newspaper as part of the dance u can’t actually get rid of it.

Ok well let me try to explian it .I have done it many times.
1)Go to the website clubpenguin.com
2)Click on any members card
3)Drag the card to the edge (completly out of the way on the top left hand cornner on top of the news paper-yes its possible on this website)
4)open the news paper
5)On the players card press the Send Mial button
6)It will work-Then send any mail
7)You will not be able to see the news paper
8)Your done now just talk
9)when ever you want to stop just walk

you cant dance with a news paper it doesnt work because the persons player card diddapears
